RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Important Conditions

To ensure fair processing and prevent fraudulent claims:

  • All issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • You may be asked for photos or videos of the package/product for verification.

  • We maintain photographic documentation of every order before dispatch for accuracy.

Once your claim is verified:

Replacement

We will ship a replacement or missing item at no extra cost.

Refund

  • Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash/Pay on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund digitally.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Replacement Timeline

Replacements are generally processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may lead to the customer being added to our no-sell list.
